3D 360 Homes has been a Matterport and Virtual Tour photographer since 2017. We have had an FAA Licensed Drone Pilot since 2022.

We are located on Florida’s Treasure Coast and are affiliates of the Realtors Association of Indian River County as well as being Certified Photographers of Beaches MLS. 

Evidence is overwhelming that immersive virtual tours are key in getting buyers interested in a property and hold their interest longer. This is an Endless Open House. We have had buyers from other states make offers and close sales without setting foot in the property.

Being a Part 107 FAA licensed pilot provides peace of mind to our customers. Using an unlicensed pilot increases the risk of a large fine by the FAA, not only for the pilot, but also for the person who hired that pilot.
